The product did not work for my dog
The product did not work for my dog. There was absolutely no change in his anxiety issues.

Great before a run
I give these chews to my dog about 30 minutes before a run, so much easier to handle and less pulling on my body.

Helpful Customer Service
The customer service person who answered my call (right away) was very helpful when I called to check on the shipping of my recent order. He assured me that my order was fulfilled and shipped and sent me the tracking information even without me asking for that email. I appreciate that extra effort very much.

Really prompt
While the new bites didn’t work out for us, Omar was very prompt with his responses explaining what had changed and why, and refunded my money as soon as we realized that the change wasn’t working for my pup
