My first experience with Honest Paws was great. They communicated with me about the status of my order and shipped promptly. Their prices were reasonable for the product that I ordered.

My 11.5 year old golden has arthritis in a front leg in addition to rear leg weakness. I researched CBD oil and Honest Paws always came up as the oil of choice. After consulting with a customer service rep I decided on the 1000 mg extra strength bottle. Delivery was fast in secure packaging. I noticed improvement in Dutch’s gait and ease of getting in and out of bed within a week. My husband was skeptical of the purchase, but now we’re subscribers! The customer service is top notch. Whatever little issue I have they take care of immediately with friendly and helpful representatives.

Had issues receiving product and customer service has not been helpful in refunding/crediting or sending a replacement. Apparently, if YOU don't fix the issue immediately then it's not their problem. Poor product, poor service - unfortunate experience.
