Bad batch of biscuits
I have been buying calm bites and CBD drops from this company for many years.Our last subscription order of Calm Bites wasn’t right- something had gone wrong in the manufacturing process. The bites did not look right, their texture was off, and they were really hard. Once I finally opened the bag and had many back-and-forths with customer service, they refused to replace the bites with a new batch, and also refused to give me a refund for the bad batch. Time to find a new company.

Outstanding Quality and Staff
My mom sent me your CBD with Salmon Oil for my 16 year old dog. He tends to wander at night and this seems to calm him and help him sleep. I then ordered the pre+probiotics for another of my dogs who has a sensitive stomach (it's only been 5 days) so we are hoping for positive results. Your staff has been very personable and helpful. I did sign up for a subscription of the pre+probiotics. Long story short LOL the quality of your products is outstanding and I look forward to trying your other products.

My alaskan klee kai hasn't had a seizure since I started giving him the salmon oil and cbd. It's been months and I'm on my second order of 3 bottles. He loves it!

I spoke with Omar a terrific asset to your team however Miram, I held a partial chat, didn’t complete however she attempted to solve the issue without confirming with me, therefore I had to create a return & this was inconvenient as I don’t drive & am assisting my dog who just had TPLO surgery.

May need to adjust dosage. Start small.
Have a 15yr old flame point Siamese adopted from a shelter at 9yrs where he had to be placed with the geriatric cats due to his anxiety. He bonded with me probably because I took him out of there, but he won't approach anyone else. He walks around the perimeter of the room to avoid my husband. I am seeing a difference already in his stress level. He actually walked in front of my husband yesterday. I did start him off with a half dosage even tho he is 15lbs and the directions said a full treat 3xs a day. I have had to reduce it each day because it has caused him to vomit. I am now down to quarter tablet twice a day which he tolerates.

Good product
Easy to checkout and read product information. Product helped with my dogs flakey and dry skin. Dry shampoo really does work wonders.
