You’re lying to customers and cheating us after we’ve supported you. We chose your products because you were honest about ingredients and quality. You cheated all of us and our beloved pets by keeping your high prices and removing the #1 needed ingredient and tried to trick us by claiming your cutting machine broke and that’s the only difference. But it’s not. You went from 40mg of CBD TO 7! You’re not an honest company at all, and I guarantee, you’ll be out of business before too long when the rest of the customers who were willing to pay your high prices for quality for our pets that need special love and care, realize they’re getting ripped off now. Reply: I understand the way you’re attempting to word the change however the proof is in the product. It’s dried out, hard, nearly unbreakable, and a different color. Like I mentioned it used to say 40mg of cbd oil and specifically says 7mg now. I used to buy around 10 bags per month between the calm, wellness and relief and I’ve changed my subscription to 0. Bring back the old formula, you’re not fooling anyone with these new rocks you’re selling. I’ve also emailed customer service a few times regarding it over the last month or so and received not 1 single reply. Completely ignored. That’s an honest company? I don’t think so.

We genuinely appreciate your honest feedback, and we're truly sorry for any frustration this has caused. We understand the importance of trust and transparency in our products, especially when it comes to our beloved pets. We want to assure you that we are diligently working on a new formulation for our Calm Bites, ensuring that pets can continue to receive the quality they deserve. We've also explored additional options to provide our customers with alternatives they can trust. Please know that there has been no change in the quantity of oil used. The full spectrum oil is still diluted in MCT oil. However, we can now only label the full spectrum hemp oil, not the total mixture. The quantities of hemp, CBD, and MCT oil remain unchanged We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, and we've reached out to you via email to address your concerns personally. Your loyalty and support mean a lot to us, and we are committed to making things right. We will always be here to help in any way we can. ~From Your Honest Paws Family 🙏🏻

Great product. Also, my original shipment was missing part of the order and the company immediately corrected it and shipped the remaining item. Great customer service!

I ordered two bags of the Relief bites for my dog who’s almost 9 years old. She’s been having difficulty getting on the sofa and onto my bed. The ordering process was very easy to navigate and I got them very quickly. Especially during this holiday season.

So far, the product has made the world of difference for our dog. She has started walking again. THANK YOU! The only CON that I have is that your shipping uses DHL. That company has very bad service to our area. UPDATE: We ordered again and this time chose the UPS shipping option and they delivered early even with Christmas deliveries.
