Edited 1/6 to add, the company replied claiming they sent an email to work with me on a resolution but I have not received one. I thought ordering directly through the company would get me better results than the store since it's a hit and miss on dryness of the treats. I was wrong, all 3 bags I ordered came dry, pale, old looking and crumbly. I've gotten some before from pet supplies plus that were very nice but maybe the product changed. Very unfortunate

We never got to use the CBD - our pet passed away before it arrived. The Customer Service team was so helpful and compassionate, issuing a refund without a return and suggesting we donate it. Thank you Honest Paws!
