I was very impressed that the first time I called I was given an appointment immediately even though I never used House Paws before. Other practices I called wanted to know if I was a previous client and if I wasn't they weren't taking new patients or your appointment was months away. I was glad I did not have to go to an emergency hospital, I could not afford. I will be using House Paws since my old vet is not practicing any longer. Also the Atco office is convenient and the price charged was affordable. The Doctors and employees were very nice and helpful. It was a delightful experience.

The product seems to be good. However I never seem to receive rewards that I can actually use. I should receive a discount without subscription as I spend at least 200 a month for more than a year
