I reached out hours after ordering a product and asked to cancel it as some unforeseen circumstances had come up during those few hours and the dog was not going to be in our care anymore. Unfortunately, the order was not able to be canceled as I was told it had shipped. I did not receive shipping notification until the following day so it leads me to wonder if it was actually shipped or I just wasn't allowed to cancel the order. It wasn't the best experience with customer service.

Amazing service! I was having trouble with the post office delivering my package late. I contacted honest paws and quickly got an email back then a really nice phone call today. They asked if I needed help with anything, they did everything to make me feel like I got the answers I needed. Went above and beyond which is so nice! Love honest paws and the people working for them do so much to help
