Great Customer Service
Customer service was transparent about an issue/challenges with the new Relief chews. Due to how hard the new product is, I didn't feel comfortable giving them to my 11-year-old dog. We never had an issue with the original product. Getting the Mobility soft chews this week as a replacement. The replacement chews are being sent as a complimentary replacement from HP. They acknowledged the problem and offered a solution. As a result of how this issue was handled, I will continue buying my products from Honest Paws.
