My order was shipped so they were unable to cancel. They asked why and I said because my dog had passed. My order was refunded almost immediately with condolences and told me not to worry about returning the product. I will be donating the product to someone who can use it. Very gracious and thank you.

We purchased this for our senior dog. He has trouble walking due to his joints and an old injury. It might be too soon but we already notice the difference. He looks a lot like his old self. Will definitely continue using product.

I have never had any issues with this company or the products I purchase. This time around, I received an email stating my order was delivered. However, when I went outside, it was nowhere to be found. In light of recent thefts, I contacted the company. Customer service was very attentive and concerned. They would contact me the following day to see if the package arrived. Shortly after, a neighbor brought over the package. USPS delivered it to the wrong house. I promptly notified the company. Their response and feedback were timely and good. Their products are good and prices reasonable. I will continue to be a customer.
