Paid for expedited shipping as my dog was in pain since I was late on my order, and it took 7 days to arrive. Why did I even bother to pay the extra shipping, not worth it, pretty disappointed.

Easy to order. Shipping was fast. She did not like the change in the shape and size. As a 60lb husky they are very small. It does help her anxiety and that’s what’s important. Thank you.

I got charged twice. I love the shampoo but I did not agree to a subscription. Cannolease check into it. But like I said the shampoo is great.

My subscription order was changed & downsized without my permission. A 9oz package became a 5oz package. When contacted, your company said you’d discontinued my type, but the ingredients were the same. When I looked, it’s not true. Also, my rewards never are credited when I ask for them. I’ve canceled my subscription. It remains to be seen if I ever order from your company again.

We appreciate you sharing your feedback. Regarding the change in package size, we actually updated our recipe months ago, substituting Egg with Organic Acacia Gum to reduce common dog allergies. As for the size change, we've adjusted the shape and size of our bites for easier chewing while maintaining the same amount of CBD per bite, with 30 bites per bag. The product is great, however I thought I ordered one bottle & months later received 2 bottles for $175.90 that apparently were on a subscription plan. I was shocked, wrote the company an email & asked for a prepaid return label & to be refunded the $175.90. They quickly sent the return label, I mailed it back the next day & now weeks later still have not received the refund! I sent them a follow email explaining this & I did not get a response so I am hoping this review will get their attention so I can get my refund for the bottles I sent back unopened!
