Return of a product
I needed to return my order since our dog did not respond to the CBD oil for her serious anxiety. Genesis was very responsive and sent an email to me when she failed to be connected to my phone when she tried calling in response to my leaving a voicemail for customer service. Sad this did not work for our dog but very pleased with the quick refund I was given and the excellent customer service provided by Genesis.

Each time I need to resolve some thing with Honest Paw, they are consistently very helpful. Their customer service is top-notch and they actually follow up on emails if they don’t hear back from you. Customer service is really important this day and age when it’s almost nonexistent.

I have been trying to place an order…
I have been trying to place an order and my debit card keeps being rejected. Called my bank, nothing wrong with the card. It’s something with your app.

Have always had great service, but not this time
Have always had great service, but not so on my last order. Order indicated shipment within a day, but then received no further shipping updates. I emailed customer service 6 days after seeing no change in the shipping status, and a couple days later I finally got an update with a new estimated delivery date over a week after my original. No email or explanation from customer service left me wondering what happened and why, while my two dogs were without their CBD supplements. I'm hoping this was just an anomaly, but still would have appreciated a response from your customer service.
