My family had the recent experience of losing our beloved dog, Tigin. He was not just a pet but a member of the family. He had been taking the CBD cookies everyday for almost 5 years. Around age 10 Tig developed arthritis in his hips & knees & had decreased mobility. His continued use of the cookies helped him maintain an active loss. But Tig eventually lost his battle with spleen & liver tumors just a few days ago. I had recently had my autoship of 3 packages ship 2 weeks before his passing. I reached out to honest paws to see if I could return 2 unopened packages. I received an almost immediate reply on Sunday evening from Gina Perkins. She immediately said she would refund my full order. She also asked me to donate my remaining bags to a local shelter. But more importantly Gina's reply contained a level of caring & compassion you just don't expect from a company. She empathized with our family's loss & even shared her story of her loss. We continued an email exchange that really helped me during this horrible time. We are confident that the CBD cookies helped our dog. But also more importantly the people at Honest Paws seem to really care about you & your pet. Especially Gina Perkins!
