This company has been a dream to manage our payroll for our nanny. Reporting hours is incredibly simple, tax filing is done for you throughout the year, and it makes the lives of busy professionals who are also busy parents juggling childcare so much easier. I am currently having a dispute with this company that they are slow to resolve. Their solutions so far have been unacceptable. Their replies to my submissions of payroll data say they will follow my instructions; however, they have not been doing that and process data for employees based upon their defaults rather than my submissions. If this company does not soon provide an acceptable solution (refund of 100% of the payments they made in error), then it's time to take our business to another provider.

Great company to work with. They respond promptly to emails and when calling I have always been able to talk to a person within a few rings and that person is able to resolve the issue I called about. Would use again if I needed them.
