HomeWork Solutions takes all the hassle out of dealing with employee taxes, and for that I am grateful. However, they do make errors and are often behind in updating their software to reflect changes in tax laws, resulting in miscalculations that have to be corrected after the fact. Their prices keep going up and up as well, which is never a good thing...

The beauty of HomeWork Solutions is that they are virtually invisible onceeverything is established. Invoices come and go with regularity, but otherwise, they are not a constant nagging appearance in your inbox. When tax time comesaround, they are ahead of you with necessary documents. You CAN get more involved. They send quarterly reports and ask for feedback. We have been blessed to have rather quickly found quality.compatible caregivers for our situation through CARELINX and have had little to say. But opportunities exist to be more involved. The beauty is YOU DON'T HAVE TO. So...We like the service. It took us a while to get everything setup and our first tax year we were confused, but now that we have been with it a couple years. We are very happy.

HomeWork Solutions is doing excellent job, they are always very helpful and responsive. Never had any issues with correctness of information, and am always able to reach them by phone when needed. The only minor challenge I have had is the short duration from the end of the reporting period to the deadline for submitting the timesheet, which is less than 24 hours. The timesheet has to be signed by both the employer and the employee, which makes it tricky especially when I am travelling for work.

All your help was great except I could have used a more detailed explanation of how all the tax info was to be used on the tax forms. I ended up double paying one of the fees(can't remember which one) and had to file an amendment. I was just lucky I found the error somehow.

I would give a four and a half if I could. Homework solutions makes my life so much easier!
