With 36 years of repair experience, he was determined to put together a plan that would cover items in the home more comprehensively, allow the use of local contractors, and pay contractors more quickly for completed work. Home Warranty serves as an additional product source to a wide range of businesses including real estate agencies, utility companies, property management, mortgage lending, home inspection, financial planning, residential construction, and independent insurance agencies. We are committed to utilizing trusted, local servicers who can ensure a timely response to customer needs. We pride ourselves on our LIVE call answering during core business hours with two call centers in the U.S. We also provide our customers with active, responsive District Sales Representatives who help agents and companies every step of the way.

Great Customer Service, Quick to Respond and Approve
We were able to find our own tech and quickly diagnose the issue, then move forward with reimbursement quickly. Customer service was great and they were prompt to approve the claim and process a check for reimbursement. I've had a different home warranty company in the past and my experience with Home Warranty Inc far exceeds that company.

Double oven
First, I didn’t realize that I would have to find a repair service to fix the oven. Second, I didn’t know that I would have to order the parts myself. After doing all of that, everything turned out fine. I was under the impression from my contract, that I would receive more money towards my repair than I received.

We reviewed your claim - looks like you requested Sears service out and they asked you to purchase the part? We gave an allowance amount and let you choose which contractor. It would not be our normal practice to have a customer order their own part - that was a decision by Sears who is an independent contractor. Once the repair is complete, we just need a copy of the completed work invoice and we will reimburse you - by e-check if you want the fastest option. Sears does not accept direct payment from us.

Knowing that it does cover you 100% as the realtor explain. They must ne trained and explain to the homewoner that will cover you a percentage of the actual cost.
IT did not cover me 100% as it was explained correctly by the realtor at time of closing. If I new that was the case of covering the item partially I would jave shopped around before deciding.
