Easy to get repair done in a timely manner.

Overall experience was positive but was told I would pay the $100 for my deductible of the $159 service call to diagnose the appliance issue. Called as advice with technician present and was told repair cost was too much thus getting replacement maximum. Then was told the service call difference would be part of the replacement amount. Was told different when I called claim in. Not happy this changed.

My experience is highlighted by the submission site, form and response. I followed the process outlined and received text, email and phone call to help with the execution of the claim process. The company assigned to my claim was responsive to return communication, efficient at diagnosing the issue and communicating with the Home Warranty office. Approval was granted the same day of diagnostics and parts ordered. The service company is scheduled to return for repair when the part arrives. I’m very glad to to have your warranty.

Would not recommend. Their rules and restrictions are unheard of compared to other warranty companies.

The employee I spoke to on the phone to file my claim was so gosh darn pleasant I just had a huge smile on my face! Submitting my claim info/receipts was also very user friendly and I received my reimbursement fast. I am pleased!
