Based on the information provided at the time of approval, coverage was approved for the covered repair. When the additional labor expense was later submitted, it was reviewed separately according to the terms of the warranty plan. While we recognize this was not the outcome you hoped for, we appreciate the opportunity to review the additional charges and thank you for being a valued customer.
