BUYER BEWARE!!!!! We thought homework was going to be a great option. After using my home as collateral, selling it, and then trying to finance the home that we bought with them, we learned my husband's job is going to be obsolete and they were transferring him out of state. I was balance between three different people who didn't seem to know what was going on, and just skip very minimal invoices. Nothing in detail. I have yet to speak to a person over the phone. It's all by email. if you want to get hit with hidden fees at the end and terrible communication by all means, go with them, but I would steer clear.
