I have been working with this company for two years and I gotta say my experience was great. Great property management service and all details are transparent. My project manager is extremely patient and helpful whenever I came to some questions. Would recommend to potential real estate investors who is like me, who wants to do nothing regarding the investment but gaining profit!

Homeunion does a first class job at bringing the real estate investment experience to the novice investor. They are there supporting you from the moment you browse their extensive website to your first close and beyond. Everyone executes on their role with great pride and the result is a support team that performs well beyond my expectations. I feel like I have a "real estate braintrust" at my fingertips and they are always responsive when it comes to answering a question/concern with a potential investment or one of my existing properties. I highly recommend looking at them for your real estate investment needs.

I first started looking into HomeUnion in 2016, before I had any real estate experience. I logged in to their site and started browsing properties, at which point I found one that I liked and starred it. The same day, one of their representatives called me to discuss my options. They made it very easy to understand what the process would be like to acquire the asset. Following that, they made it easy to manage the property, giving me a lot of documentation in an easy web dashboard along the way. They've been very accommodating of my requests, and are working with me to get other properties. The returns have been fairly consistent as soon as I got a renter. Overall, this is a really good option to invest in real estate with minimal effort.

I initially had my doubts. Done some homework. Did cautious planning and now I am a happy and satisfied customer with homeunion. First, it is not forget everything and let HU take care of everything attitude. That wil not work here and for that matter I believe anywhere as well. We have to give some inputs, thoughts and planning from our end to make sure we let them make the correct choice. They will assist you and make sure they do what ever they can. One good thing about them is customer service. Even if they dont have answers, they have always come back with response that is acceptable to me. Jim Moore is good and so do other agents. Will recommend them to my friends any day, anytime and I like to continue doing business with them.

I own five single family homes with HomeUnion purchased over the past 2 years. My overall experience has been very good with no major surprises. As with any growing company, there have been some growing pains. However, in every way, I have noticed significant strides and improvements in HomeUnion from better communication, a clearer web portal, and improved follow up. I have also found their management practices to be fair and the employees that I have worked with to be respectful and responsive. What negative reviewers and prospective buyers need to keep in mind is that HomeUnion is not simply a local realty company but is leveraging properties across the country as investment portfolios. They use increasingly refined data to focus on specific properties in specific locations to leverage best returns on investment. This is quite different than having a rental property down the street which you self manage. I think that if you are a professional that wants to step into the real estate investment space, have a “hands off” experience where you don’t need to deal with daily calls from tenants but are still able to monitor progress, build equity, and leverage the bank's money to pay off investment properties, HomeUnion is a great vehicle to achieve that. However, if you are someone that wants to fix the leaking pipes, unclog the stopped up toilets, deal with various tenant complaints directly, or be intimately involved in all day-to-day aspects of property management, HomeUnion may not be for you.

I have bought couple of rental properties through Home Union. Both the properties are cash flow properties. These properties are doing great so far but I have them for less than a year for now. My experience has been amazing with home union so far starting from finding the right property, inspection, closing, rehab and then handing over for asset management. I truly believe in this company and they have the best win-win model for busy professionals who doesn't have enough time to find deal or manage properties on day to day basis but don't mind paying decent fees to this company for taking care of everything for you as they advertise. I truly feel their services are worth of more than their fees. Looking forward to grow along with them.
