Ordered Forno refrigerator it came with concealed damage from being dropping (presumably during shipping) the did nothing to correct issue. Money out the window had to go to another vendor to buy another one

It took very long to get the ice maker shipped.

HOD was very responsive and helpful whenever I reached out to them. We had an issue with our electrical and had to exchange the dual range we ordered for an all gas range. It was after the return date, but they were very helpful and allowed me to return the item and purchase the gas range. I highly recommend this company.

Customer service was great and reliable with my concern and I loved the Ferno side by side

Excellent customer service an amazing product. I love my new stove! It is absolutely beautiful and cooks quickly and efficiently.

I'd like to write a positive review but I can't after my experience. I placed an order for a Thor icemaker back in May 2026. At the time of purchase (and when they took my money) the item was available for immediate shipping. It's now mid August and there is no sign or indication on shipping date. I have been in contact bi-weekly only to be informed of more delays. Now the latest is possibly mid to end of September but no guarantee on shipping date. The manufacturer Thor will not respond to my messages or phone calls. I would exercise extreme caution if ordering from either of these companies. I have little hope we will get our purchase before next summer. very dissatisfied customer. update: recently a 'manager' reached out to try and help solve this issue in hopes I would change my poor review. Yet another fail. The product i ordered was never available for Canadian customers but it took them 3 months to figure this out after I repeatedly requested updates. They have done nothing to rectify this and I am now asking for a full refund. I would be very careful ordering from this company. I will not use this company again for anything.

We purchased multiple items and the initial portion was awesome, however, 1 piece was on back order and took several months to get. 1 month of the time was spent at the delivery agent and they were a nightmare to deal with. The tool they gave you to ask questions allowed you to put information in, but once you hit submit it just gave the wheel of death. This second delivery was horrible.

Good website, easy order, quick shipment, great product, easy installation and it works perfectly.
