Excellent service...the product arrived on time and we were kept up to date on it's location. Item was large and was packaged very well and sent via Fed Ex and they did an excellent job with delivery. Very happy with this company as they were priced very well and delivery was FREE for such a large item we were pleasantly surprised.

The website states quick shipping and receive items within 2 to 3 days. After a week in a half I reached out and asked for a tracking number because my order was at a stand still. Once I reached out via email they created a shipping label and then emailed me stating the item was shipped. Be aware there is know contact number to reach them you can only reach them via email so I was nervous at first once I found that out. Overall my product did arrive as described. It was just delayed and if I didn't send that email I'd probably still be waiting.

Hey Nigel, Usually our orders are delivered to the customers within 2-3 business days. However, sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances the order might get delayed. To compensate for this delay, we are happy to offer you a discount of 15% on your next order. Our support team just sent you a code via email. Best Regards, Lucaneo Support

My package did not arrive on time. I contacted the company and they basically just parroted the same information that I could read online about my package. It was listed as on the truck for delivery 4 days in a row this week with zero attempts at delivery. I have asked that they consider the package lost and send a replacement and they will not respond. Not a good experience at all!

Hi Clare, Unfortunately the local Fedex office had issues with delivering your order. However according to the tracking number it seems like the hot tub was delivered a day later. Please reach out at [email protected] if you have any further concerns. Best Regards, Lucaneo Customer Support
