Holmes and Hadfield have successfully accessed the voids of the Gentleman’s needs in the current EDC markets. Prior to launching Holmes and Hadfield product lines, one had to foot the bill two times the price or more to procure a knife display that matched their quality and refinement. All of mine and my son’s friends have all had that ''WOW'' reaction to their cases.They have all asked where they can procure these displays and were all in disbelief when told the prices.All four units are lined up. Offering homes for my favorite Demko’s, Cold Steel’s, Buck’s,Spyderco’s, Columbia River’s, Houge’s, and not to forget my watches. It was love at first sight and they are all must haves. Did I mention their customer service is unsurpassed? Any questions I had were answered immediately.This has shown me that their level of integrity and commitment to the success of their business is foremost. I must offer my thanks and gratitude to these two fine young gentlemen for answering and addressing the voids for these affordable quality EDC displays. WARMEST REGARDS, REUBEN

Update: After some initial difficulties, I was contacted directly by one of the company founders. Not only did he rectify my problem, but he asked for additional feedback on improving the product. This seems like a great company that stands behind their product and they have turned a very negative experience into a positive one!

Quality of product and customer service

Holme & Hadfield are unique in that they actually listen to their customers and improve their products based on the feedback they get. That alone is absolutely incredible, but when you add in the fact that their products are well thought out, affordable and stylish you get a great company that I’m proud to own many of their products.

My shopping experience with Holme & Hadfield was enjoyable! It was easy to navigate through their site. Layout and photos of the products allowed me to get a great sense of the offerings and checkout was smooth. I received my product in a securely packaged box and there was no damage, and the packaging was very nice and professional. I do hope that H&H works on improving their material sourcing as it seemed most of it was overseas and there was a lot of packaging waste. I am confident though because H&H actively works on improving their designs through active customer engagement. I'm happy to continue shopping with them!

I really like my H&H watch deck, the quality is very nice and it looks really good on my nightstand. Highly recommend.
