I like the packaging and the materials. The lid was broken though. One of the corners was not attached. I wish there was more room for my fixed blades. I wish all of the little pedestals were interchangeable so you can configure the knife mounts and watch mounts any way you like. And I wish the drawer was more reinforced and slid in and out smoother. For what it is, it does the job though.

Nice product, nice price especially on sale. Customer service automated and terrible. Asked about tracking and it helped/solved problem. They then send me 20 or so unsolicited emails saying the same thing over and over. I relied three times the problem was solved. GOT THE SAME CANNED RESPONSE TO THOSE EMAILS AND THE FIRST EMAILS JUST KEEP COMING. THEY OBVIOUSLY DONT READ WHAT YOU SEND.
