Just received my black Legacy watch box last night. I was on the fence about buying one. Until it showed up! The packaging was unbelievable and well thought out. After I unboxed it, I was blown away by the craftsmanship and attention to detail. As others have stated, I just wish it held more watches. Thanks again guys you knocked this out of the park!

Nice product, nice price especially on sale. Customer service automated and terrible. Asked about tracking and it helped/solved problem. They then send me 20 or so unsolicited emails saying the same thing over and over. I relied three times the problem was solved. GOT THE SAME CANNED RESPONSE TO THOSE EMAILS AND THE FIRST EMAILS JUST KEEP COMING. THEY OBVIOUSLY DONT READ WHAT YOU SEND.

Price Discount and quick shipping. Its intended as a Christmas gift so as yet it is unopened. I am sure the company will stand behind it in all aspects.

Company is a SCAM! Product never showed up. Weeks after their shipping dated came and went, nothing. Don't waist your time. They do not care about anything other then getting your money. I'll give you an update on their Refund Policy!
