I ordered three vines ( Clematis Paniculata)from Holland Bulbs Farms on May 16. They arrived without instruction for planting so I looked up C paniculata. Turns out that is the second nomenclature for c terniflora, a highly invasive species for most of he East Coast. Phone call-ignored. Emailed demanding return paid postage. Their response DID NOT address the issue, but insisted I take a picture of the plant growing!Sent back multiple USDA , US park Service and Missouri Botanical Garden documents showing that c. paniculata and c. terniflora were the a same plant. This went on for 5 weeks and i filed through Paypal. They finally said I could get ab refund ifI paid the postage back. Unacceptable. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS HORRID COMPANY-they sell invasives and lie about it. I am contacting USDA, Wisconsin Dept of Agriculture, my state senators, the Atty General for Wiscionsin, My Ag Dept in Virginia, and every consumer service I can -DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY or its subsidiaries listed under HOLLAND BULB GROUP. I wish I had read this before I ordered from them

Holland Bulb Farms sent me the wrong flowers and after I let them know and included photos of the mistake they only offered a credit for the flowers and NOT the shipping. All they need to do is refund my money or send me the correct order but they are not interested in doing the right thing - Here is their respond "Thank you for getting back to us. At this time, we’re not able to send you a replacement but only able to offer you a merchandise credit in the amount you paid for the item less the shipping fee cost as per our Grow Guarantee."

Ordered 24 casa Blanca white oriental lilies. My favorite lily for my 25 year old garden. Bulbs looked healthy and I held them in cool storage until I could plant them in early April. Bulbs looked healthy but strange to other orientals I’ve planted over the years. Well, they WERE white early blooming cheap every day super market lilies, not late July oriental lilies. Totally disappointed as these were meant for a July wedding. CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH. AS AN EXPERIENCED GARDEnER, I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER. Check your source and ratings first! Expensive lesson learned, prices and pictures to good to be true. I can’t recall what the labels sai.

I ordered two jumbo packages of a specific color Oriental Lily last summer which were planted in the fall. None are the correct lily ordered. I filled out a form on the website, uploaded several photos. No one contacted me so I called them. A person gave me the run around that the photos didn't show what I described and I needed to send them again. I just did that but I will bet I don't hear back from them. This looks like a bad situation going forward. No one seems to be happy with HOLLAND BULB FARM!

Wrong items sent dead bulbs sent bulbs growing out of bags sent. Terrible experience all around. Slow delivery and non existent customer support. They mess it up and tell u to wait a year. Buy from here get ripped off simple as that. These were suppose to be orange and purple But got yellow orange. And ordered 30 mixed orientalist Lilly’s of 3 colors. But a year ltr when they bloomed all were the same pink ones.

This company looks seemingly legitimate from the looks of their website. However, after ordering two separate times, and discovering BOTH orders had been deceptively fulfilled with incorrect items. I guess this company thinks people won’t know they’re getting a different plant than they order. However, people like me, who immediately write a complete tag, with a full description of the item and who it came from complete with date. This is exactly how I discovered that BOTH orders I received had incorrect bulbs shipped. Now, to understand, I do believe in human error, but to have BOTH orders arrive with ALL totally different cultivars than what I ordered tells me that this company is either Extremely unorganized, or they have mal intent to fill with whatever bulb they have on-hand, without regard to the actual desired plant requested. If I had only ordered one time and incurring a mistaken bulb, I can completely understand this. However, the resulting error from the first incorrect order, only to have it be replaced with yet another incorrect item. I would still have had some empathy, except for the fact that I now have 9 different bulbs I’ve purchased, and not a single one of them is what I ordered. In all honesty, this was incredibly disrespectful to a legitimate collector like myself, considering I had been looking for these bulbs for over a year. It’s a terrible way to operate a nursery. I would give this business a half Star if I could.

Buyer beware. Only way to get a refund is if you don't open the package. I ordered and not what I expected. Was willing to return. Oh no they said their roots were healthy and I changed my mind. No i didn't Just didn't get what I expected Worst customer service ever. I called the day i received the package and now fighting with them through Paypal.

Dead plants that are starter plants. I paid over $400.00 for dead plants. Holland bulb refuses to refund me my money. My daughter purchased over $300.00 in Tulips bulbs and only 5 bulb grew. Do Not purchase from this company. The shipping of these plants are very poorly packed. They are the WORST. THEY ROBBED MY DAUGHTER AND I OVER $700.00. SEE YOU IN COURT.
