Their fulfillment is subpar. I ordered an amount and they shipped a smaller amount after I told them via chat after my order that I needed them for an event. I had to contact them to ask about what was missing for them to say they were out of stock and would issue a refund. Why wasn't this done when I contact them the first time? Do not use this company. They never tried to help make it right so that I could have enough for my event.

don't order from this company-they do not quarantee growth and are a big ripoff-I have orderd many things and had more issues with things not growing than growing-the last order was rhubarb plants-they looked dead and i planted them thinking maybe...nope-they won't replace them because I didn't take a pic at delivery-if I order something I am expecting it to arrive not dead!the fall plants and bulbs I planted didn't come up either-they won't replace them either-so I am done wasting a ton of money on this company that "claims"to guarantee growth-what a joke!!!

This is my second purchase from Holland Bulbs . Let’s start with last year. I purchased canna bulbs. They came in all different sizes (not supposed to be different). They grew but different sizes and weak looking. So I figured it was a freak thing. In the fall I purchased begonia bulbs. Received them in the spring and planted right away. I Planted them in two huge pots. Of all the bulbs planted, one sprouted and then quickly died. I emailed the company since they request you reach out to them before giving a bad review. I received an email back saying they are handling emails in received order (red flag). That was two weeks ago. No email, no flowers but a zillion emails from them trying to sell more bulbs. Bad quality control and bad customer service. Go to your local nursery, they probably have much better quality.

NEVER NEVER NEVER ORDER BULB GARDEN FROM THIS COMPANY - I ORDERED FOR A FRIEND BEFORE EASTER - NEVER BLOOMED - THEY WILL NOT GIVE REFUND - REPLACEMENT COST MORE BUT I PAID FOR A POT OF DIRT. NEVER NEVER AGAIN

Well, this is the second time I have ordered Toad Lilies from Holland Bulb Farms and they once again failed to grow. The first time was through Amazon. After receiving the miniscule roots I planted them outside, however, there was an unexpected snowfall so when they didn't grow I thought it would be unfair to ask for a refund or credit since in essence mother nature was at fault. This year I ordered 12 of them directly from Holland Bulb Farms. I was not going to trust mother nature so I planted them in pots indoors with grow lights in my plant room. Again, it was very hard to find the toad lily roots in the dirt sacks because the stock was so frail and small, but I figured by using my soil moisture/ph/light meter I would keep them consistently moist and they would grow in the 3 large pots I set up for them. It has been a month, and not a single toad lily leaf or sprout has appeared. I am so disappointed to have this happen a second time despite my efforts. I contacted Holland Bulb Farms and they said because I planted them in POTS - I voided the 100% satisfaction guarantee and would not receive any credit or replacements. THEY LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE AND PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR GOOD MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. THEIR GUARANTEE IS WORTHLESS AND THEIR PLANT STOCK IS EQUALLY WORTHLESS.

I am very disappointed with the outcome of my bulbs purchase from Holland Bulb company. It's like I throw my dollars down the drain; not one of the bulbs purchase and planted came to life.

BUYER BEWARE! WOULD NOT honor 100% guarantee ! I ordered Picasso Canna, it came mushy. I planted it NO results! I contacted them they said to call back this spring to replace for free! they Will Not replace!
