AVOID. Check out the complaints on BBB. If their money back guarantee is the reason you purchase be aware they won’t honor it. The tulip bulbs I received on 11/06/24 were moldy, deformed and shriveled with a hard sap-like substance oozing from them. Many have posted pics of bulbs that look exactly like those I received. I contacted the business and they shipped replacement bulbs for those they deemed sub-standard. The replacement bulbs were very small and a few had the same issues. I planted them anyway. This Spring only 4-5 tulips bloomed of the 40 I planted and those blooms were less than 1.5”. I contacted Holland Bulb Farm and after 2 emails and attaching pictures twice (it was the same with the bad bulbs- multiple pictures requested twice) the representative said the plants looked healthy and “tulips get better as they age”. Most never appeared at all, no leaves, no flowers, and of the 5 that bloomed the flowers were tiny. I’ve gardened for many years. Plant tulips in the fall and enjoy flowers in the Spring.

I ordered dahlia bulbs in Nov 2023 for spring delivery and they promised to deliver by late march 2024. I called them around 20 th March ‘24 and then said by early April delivery. Meanwhile they had been sending almost on daily basis emails to buy more but never received my ordered items. I again called on 18th April and still they were not sure when will my order be shipped! I 4/19/2024 I finally asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. They are in the process of refunding my money. I should have canceled long time back, when I had received similar order from another vendor.

I purchased over 500 tulip bulbs in Dec. 2023, and at most I received 250 tulips, of which only 202 have come out of the ground. I contacted customer service and they did not make it right. I suggest you avoid this company.

I ordered three types of tulip bulbs from them. One of them is totally moldy. They refunded after reviewing the pictures, but would not send any replacement. Claimed they're small family own business. Can't send order for free even though it was totally their fault.

The order arrived about 6 weeks to 8 weeks late which was VERY late for planting in my zone. When I tried calling and emailing, they wouldn't respond. I did this a multitude of times. I really thought I'd been scammed!

I ordered the 1000 tulip bulbs. They came quickly 3 days, they were packaged properly. Bulbs are nice uniform in size and in great shape. Thank you Holland bulb for a great product, cant wait to see them bloom.

Lots of 1 star reviews and after the growing season this year I understand why. Some of the plants I ordered this spring never came up. So much for the time and effort of preparing the ground, planting and watering.... So, I get a gift certificate. I order fall bulbs with the gift certificate. They are not shipped in time to get planted before the ground freezes. Again, I get a gift certificate. I am done with this company, but the refuse to refund my $ to the credit card I used on the original order. I have gone around and around with them, wasting so much time and energy Looks like they need to understand customer service can make or break a business.

Please read the other honest reviews becqhad I before ordering I never would have ordered from this “company”. I didn’t read I was to have taken a photo of the clearly hollow root of the daylily, but from now reading others honest reviews it’s made even more obvious it wouldn’t have made a bit of difference. I didn’t mention to them the rest of the order was sealed in bags where the pieces of the peony roots were all broken , 2 separate peony roots. No, I only wrote to them if the daylily root that had one portion hollow the other two fleshy portions mush. There are so many other on line companies that ARE reputable. Whose stock will provide you not with disappointment and misplaced trust but years of what should be, pleasure. Even if what was shipped wasn’t hollow, mushy as well as broken, believe the reviewers when we say you are NOT getting the value for your hard earned money. Spend the LITTLE bit more elsewhere with honest, reputable companies, & you really won’t experience what countless others over what appear not just recently but over the years, have. We are trying to merely forewarn you as a potential buyer to think twice.
