The customer service is extremely poor. After submitting a contact request form, it took them over a month to finally respond, only to tell us that our only options are to sell or gift the item. The value we are receiving does not in any way justify the high charges.

Do NOT get pressured into buying into this $249 investment where they tell you lies. I was told it was transferable (LIE). This company scammed me for $249. I cancelled in less than 24 hours and got an automated email that you cannot reply to saying I’m out the money. Non refundable and non transferable. SCAM

I came here and me and my family had to wait five hours for a room . Then they said we were on the top floor then they said first then they said the third floor and Sunday we have to move to the fourth floor. And then finally got to our room and it was gross ,we had to put the rug onto the balcony.Then me and my mom had to sweep. Then by the fridge I was putting groceries away and I stepped on a broken pice of glass and I started to bleed this was my Experience as a nine year old .

My involvement with Holiday Inn Club Vacations is one of my biggest regrets. The sales presentation was a deceptive bait-and-switch. Now, I feel trapped in what seems like a never-ending contract for resorts that do not justify the high costs they are charging.

We have been trying to contact Holiday Inn to see the status of our timeshare for months now, and every time we are transferred and disconnected. They have been completely unhelpful with our account for our entire ownership. We stopped paying the maintenance fees in 2022, and despite receiving a notice of intent to place a lien on our account in early 2025, they have done nothing to move forward with the process. We just want our account closed and cancelled. They do not communicate at all. We are requesting that they reach out to us with a resolution soon.

Let this be a warning to you: do NOT do business with Holiday Inn Club Vacations. This company is a complete and total scam! I have been misled and lied to by them from the very beginning of signing up for a timeshare. I was told everything was easy to book, and that I could book anywhere, anytime. That has not been the case. I have reached out to Holiday Inn to try to cancel my membership, and the only resolution they seem to come up with is for me to resell it to someone else. I am not trying to pass this burden onto someone else, I just want it to be completely cancelled so that I can be done with this mess. Every attempt made to reach a resolution with Holiday Inn has left me with no answers or resolution. Stay as far away from Holiday Inn Club Vacations as possible!

Despite advising them to cancel the automatic payments, the charges are continuing. We explicitly request paper billing. Their service is truly horrendous. We wish we never listened to their sales pitch.
