Its great.. i would recommend an app to set the alarm for the strap or change any needed settings... but in general its an amazing and smart device.. highly recommended

I have reclaimed my mornings.
The mornings are mine again. When I used an alarm on my phone I was only able to wake up for a few seconds and fall right back asleep. This watch changed my whole morning and now I can truly seize the day.

Great product and exceptional customer service
I recently purchased a Sleep Mask and an Onyx Sleep Watch from HiStrips. Although the Onyx wasn't quite right for me, the way my request was handled really impressed me. The customer service was incredibly kind, helpful and professional throughout the entire process.
A special thank you to Ryan, who was always available, responsive and genuinely committed to finding the best solution. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference.
I absolutely love the Sleep Mask — it is comfortable, well made and has quickly become part of my bedtime routine. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality sleep mask.

Felix was beyond helpful!
Felix was beyond helpful. I was not satisfied with the product I ordered and he took the time to hear my issues, and then presented some possible solutions. After trying the solutions they were unsuccessful, but Felix actually listened to what I was saying and didn't try to give me more diagnostic issues. I may not be the most satisfied with the product I ordered, but the customer service was fantastic. Please make sure he receives his recognition!

I like the watch but it's genuinley a…
I like the watch but it's genuinley a pain to put on as the silicone is very slippery ish, and i tend to move around in my sleep so my alarm always falls out atleast once or twice in my sleep.
Update: from 3 to 5 stars ( The customer service was excellent and really helpful. They listened to the issue and I was able to get a refund. Really appreciate how they handled everything.)

Quality product, fantastic customer service
I bought this alarm watch - it’s a quality item and well made. I can well imagine this works for most people, even though it wasn’t quite for me - Ryan in customer service was incredibly helpful, and because of this I’d 100% recommend this brand to anyone who wants to try it out

Easy ordering and great product
Ordering online was easy and delivery didn't take long. The product arrived in a nice packaging including instructions to set it up, took me five minutes. And since then the Onyx Vibration Alarm did not only replace my alarm, it also replaced my every day watch.
