The first couple of wearings came loose after an hour of wearing. BUT, a member of the HiStrips team contacted me promptly and offered to replace or refund the product straight away. ALL products and services get complaints from time to time and the most important thing is how it is dealt with. These guys clearly understand the importance of good customer service. Well done HIStrips!

Thanks for the feedback — and I’m really sorry to hear the strips didn’t stay on for you. That definitely shouldn’t be happening. HiStrips are designed to hold through sweat, workouts, and sleep, so if they’re coming loose after an hour, something’s not right with the adhesion. Try applying on clean, dry skin (no lotion, sunscreen, or oils), and press firmly for 10–15 seconds that usually locks them in place. If they’re still not sticking the way they should, reach out to us with your order number to [email protected] , we’ll sort out a replacement or refund right away. 💨💪
