Histrips as a Padel Player
I’m a padel player, and I can say this: HiStrips last through every match, no matter how long it goes. They stick. Of course, it’s not magic. You simply get better airflow. That’s a fact you feel immediately. And that little bit of extra air makes a big difference over several hours of play.

Never without
started using HiStrips during my workouts, especially in high-intensity sessions, and I can honestly say they make a real difference. Breathing feels easier under effort and fatigue perception is lower when pushing hard. They’re easy to apply, stay in place even with sweat, and don’t cause any discomfort while training. As both an athlete and a coach, I’m very critical when it comes to performance products, but in this case the benefit is real and noticeable. Highly recommended for anyone who trains seriously and cares about the small details that impact performance.

Game Changing for Turbo Training!
I’ve been using the Histrips pink nasal strips for a few weeks now and the difference is unreal. The increase in air intake is genuinely noticeable. I can breathe deeper, recover faster between efforts, and stay controlled when the turbo trainer sessions get intense. They sit comfortably on my nose, stay on even when I’m dripping with sweat, and I can feel my chest opening up far more than normal. They’ve absolutely enhanced my turbo training sessions and made indoor riding feel smoother, stronger, and more efficient. If you want that extra edge in your breathing and better airflow during workouts, these are a must try!

Finally. They stay on.
Amazing products! I have used many different brands of nose strips in particular before, but they never stay stuck on and always peel off in my sleep or when I sweat these ones seem to last the night finally sometimes even for cardio the next morning And, they look cool too with the different colours which I love! Seems more expensive than Amazon brands but with the offers discounts and loyalty it’s all the same for better quality. Get involved.
