Excellent patches for my races and bike…
Excellent patches for my races and bike rides. I breathe much better and my sleep is also much deeper. They hold up well even in the presence of sweat

My training companion!
I tried HiStrips just for curiosity one year ago. Now it’s a training and racing companion. Air intake is noticeably higher and it helps to keep your breathing wide open and regular during the effort. I regularly use HiStrips for running, cycling, hiking and doing my gym routine and sweating doesn’t compromise the resistance of the strips. Never without!

Ich nutze die Histrips sowohl beim Sport als auch beim Schlafen und bin wirklich überzeugt. Der Halt ist extrem stark, vorausgesetzt die Nase wird vorher gründlich gereinigt und von öligen oder schweißigen Rückständen befreit. Dann kleben sie zuverlässig und öffnen die Nase spürbar. Besonders stark ist der Halt bei intensiven Trainingseinheiten. Selbst nach dem Sport und sogar nach dem Duschen sitzen die Histrips noch fest. Kein Verrutschen, keine Reizung, einfach funktional und verlässlich. Für Training, Regeneration und Schlaf eine klare Empfehlung, wenn man besser atmen möchte und ein Produkt sucht, das wirklich hält.

Mega zu hören, dass die HiStrips selbst durch intensive Trainingseinheiten, Schweiß und sogar nach dem Duschen bombenfest sitzen 💪🚿 Kein Verrutschen, keine Reizung, einfach machen, was sie sollen. Danke für die klare Empfehlung für Training, Regeneration und Schlaf. Besser atmen, besser performen, genau dafür sind sie gemacht 🖤💨

I've been using nose strips for over 20…
I've been using nose strips for over 20 years, but these ones from HiStrips you can tell they've really perfected them. The quality is outstanding, and they're resistant to all my sweat during exercise plus swimming. So happy, thank you guys!

I’ve struggled with sleep for years
I’ve struggled with sleep for years, waking up once or twice, and tried virtually everything. I decided to give this a go, not expecting much. Boy was I wrong. Already on the first night, I slept like a baby. Didn’t wake up once. Second night, again. Decided to pair it with the nose strips, again same great result. The only time I now wake up, is if I’m sick (coughing - because I feel the need to remove the mouth strip, obviously). The mouth tape material is great and doesn’t irritate my skin, even when it’s dry from the cold weather. The nose tape really really adheres to the skin as well! Once I put it on, within 30 seconds my airways were so open - it actually felt like sorcery!
