An Amazing Product and Even Better Customer Support
I’ve always been an incredibly heavy sleeper. For years, traditional alarm clocks managed to wake up everyone around me… except me. Since I work two jobs and my schedule can be pretty crazy, oversleeping wasn’t just frustrating—it was becoming a real problem. That’s exactly why this bracelet has been such a game changer for me. The vibration is strong enough to wake me up reliably without disturbing anyone else, and it has genuinely made my mornings less stressful and helped me stay on top of my schedule. I also wake up in a much more peaceful and natural way, and I actually feel more energetic. Honestly, I didn’t expect such a simple idea to have such a big impact on my daily life. Another thing I loved about the product, which I only noticed when it arrived, is that completely works on one button and doesn’t need any connection at all, which also really helps me keep my phone outside the room. Then came the unfortunate part. On one of my days off, I wasn’t wearing the bracelet and left it on the living room table. When the alarm started vibrating, my cat decided it was the most interesting toy she’d ever seen. By the time I found it, the silicone band had been completely destroyed! Thankfully, the electronic module survived. I reached out to customer support hoping there might be a solution, and this is where I really have to give credit to Ryan who was absolutely amazing. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone reply to an email in minutes, especially customer support, and make the whole process look so easy. He responded incredibly quickly, understood the situation straight away, and resolved everything without any hassle. Throughout the whole process, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. Customer service like this is rare these days—I would honestly give him 25 stars if I could. So not only do I love the product because it has genuinely improved my daily routine, but I also came away incredibly impressed by the company behind it. Great product, outstanding customer support, and a special thank you to Ryan for turning an unfortunate accident into such a positive experience. I couldn’t recommend it more.
