Hismith Official StoreReviews of hismith.com

Very responsive to fixing problem that was not their fault. They were timely in their response and went above and beyond what they needed to do.

Great product, high quality materials. I highly recommend!

We were looking for a premium sex machine that was powerful, fast, quiet, and easy to adjust. If these are what you want as well, get the 4.0 Premium (HS03-APP). From purchasing to setup and usage, this machine and company delivered on every front. At first we ordered just the machine from the website, but then purchased additional accessories from their Amazon store. Once everything came, the unboxing experience was impressive, with discreet packaging and a well-designed carrying case. It was also a very light package! Setup was a breeze, with intuitive assembly and easy plug-in cords. The machine's motor impressed us with its quiet operation, even at higher settings. The controller's simplicity and safety features, like the stop button, added to the convenience. During my first ride, the machine's power and speed left me uncontrollably grunting and thinking "This machine is TAKING me." Whether in manual or automatic mode, it provided intense pleasure without interruption. For anal use with a bigger Bad Dragon, you don't have to worry about lack of power, but I would recommend positioning against a wall for stability. Switching to vaginal use for my wife, the machine effortlessly handled larger attachments and varied positions. The KlicLok attachment connectors prevented our dildo from spinning, making the curve hit all the right places. After weeks of use, the machine continues to perform flawlessly, showcasing its engineering and high-tech attention to detail. For those seeking luxury tech without the premium price, the Hismith 4.0 Premium is a game-changer. Hismith was great to answer questions I had as well!

I received a Pro 2 machine which has been faulty assembled, the main machine was broken, as the screws has clearly been forced into the machine, I bought the machine through a local shop, and they have tried to talk with Hismith about it. Hismith claims that I have destroyed the machine, but the screws is not a customer assembly part, the machine has never been used and still have not. Hismith refuses to help with a solution and leave me and the local shop on our own. The local shop is kind enough to find a solution, but I really think it’s a bad customer service from Hismith. In the future I will definitely choose a different company that actually cares about their customers. I cannot say anything about the Quality of the machine as I have not tried it, but first hand experience is not good.

The support team got back to me very quickly when I had a problem with my machine. 10/10 company and definitely 5 star review!
