Hismith Official StoreReviews of hismith.com

Have to admit we where a little nervous about ordering thru hismith site but everything went off very well other than a back orderd item. and I do have one complaint the vigina male masturbater is very flimsy where the vaculock attaches and if not carefull will crack and break the plastic housing. they should have reinforced that area with a plate intended in the plastic or sandwiched the plastic housing with a large washer inside and out with the plastic housing pinched in-between them and would make the washer aboit the diameter of the rear housing. other than that everything exceeds our expectations. !!

I had paid for expedited shipping and after not receiving or hearing anything for two weeks I inquired. While it was frustrating that the shipment couldn't be expedited, customer service answered all my questions expeditiously.

I needed to update an order, and the customer service was super helpful. Highly recommended!

Clear and concise website design, smooth checkout and payment system. Slight hiccup in shipping of two package vs one tracking number, but this resolved with a quick response from Jess in support, as well at Jim from service.

This is a very good machine in case of low noise and usage. Hismith APP gives some interesting experience but unfortunately it doesn't provide the ability for full control to get some more predictable behavior, due to there isn’t motor rotation control by rotation angle (it doesn't have a rotation angle sensor). For example you can't program it for fast insertion and slow out or vice versa slow insertion and fast out, as also if you run already recorded records from you or other users it will not do the same for each time of execution. I very hope this feature will appear in the future, and I can't find any other sex machine which provides such an ability.

I've purchased several devices, attachments and accessories from this company. There have been a few issues with an item or two, however, customer service has been responsive in correcting the issues, and I have seen a continued trend from an engineering and manufacturing standpoint to continually improve the product quality, and fix found issues, rather than continuing to sell products with defects or that need improvement, which I applaud from a business. The devices and attachments have been well manufactured, and of a quality equal to or above what I was expecting, and I have no complaints about the products or services I've received, other than a few issues with shipping times, etc, which are mostly out of the companys hands.

super sex machine

I was excited to purchase my first machine, shipping was quick and assembly was relatively easy. The frame is super stable/heavy, attachment rod secure and the included toy is good quality. It feels like real skin. Unfortunately my machine failed to turn on or thrust at all!! Hismith send me a new remote box for $20 but it didn't fix the problem. They then sent another for free and still no luck. They finally sent a whole new replacement machine at no cost, and it works beautifully!! The reason I'm giving 4/5 is the charge for first replacement remote and the first machine not working to begin with. Other than that, they made it right and I'm happy now.
