Hismith Official StoreReviews of hismith.com

Hismith has created state-of-the-art level machines that surpass anything I've owned before. Their design, engineering, quality and performance leave everyone else who manufactures these type of devices in their wake. Small yet powerful, amazingly quiet, the Hismith machines do not disappoint. Plus their customer service team is responsive and always there to help. I received my machine 5 days after I ordered and it arrived discreetly and securely packaged. Highly recommend these folks. They're top of the line, as are their machines.

A part on my Hismith machine broke and there wasn't a replacement part listed on their site. A wonderful woman by the name of Jess helped me to find the part and gave me a free replacement with my order. Thank you Jess! <3

I ordered a machine and the controller didn't work. I sent an email to customer service and the next morning there was a response. Super fast and helpful. Our orders and the replacement controller arrived far sooner than I was even expecting! Wonderful service!

I have always loved their products and anytime I have ordered through them with amazon or their internal website I have been happy with the products. Typically I say go through Amazon if you can just because you have the ability to trust amazon shipping (in most situations). Internally for my area they use DHL who advised that my package had arrived but we never received the package (i've never once had a package stolen/taken, so I doubt this was the case). However, in regards to HiSmith, Jim, was who reached out to me on support, and with DHL being mostly non-responsive to my requests for a delivery confirmation, Jim sent out a whole new product which arrived rather rapidly. Though there was a mishap to begin with (outside of HiSmith's control), I want to commend Jim/HiSmith for making it right and sending out another product free-of-charge (which most companies won't do nowadays). Kudos!

One of the parts that came with my purchase broke and I was unable to use it, but when I reached out to their online customer service they quickly handled it and told me I'd be sent a new part. Jess was the name of the person who helped me!

For item HSC17-GC, make sure the male end of the KlicLok adapter is threaded down good and tight to the cap before use. If it loosens from the cap during use the threads may strip out, as there are very few of them and I think the male end is steel and the adapter cap may be aluminum (but I'm not certain of that). I recommend using a thread-locker (such as loc-tite) of some sort so this doesn't become a potential issue down the line for you. If you're super-hard on things, maybe JB Weld it before use? JESS from customer service rocks and took care of my issue. The reviews I read of Hismith customer service before my purchase were a good part of why I chose to buy from them, and I have NOT been disappointed. Give these people/this company your business, they'll do right by you (as will their products). Enjoy!

Made my first Purchase on this site 5 days ago, been checking Delivery status every day since making the purchase and no updates nor any tracking information, the only feedback I got was that my Payment was in fact accepted to which I paid through PayPal. After reading some of the poor reviews and experience that some people were faced with their orders it had me a bit worried about mine especially being a victim of an online scam previously before. Anyhow I decided to email them with my account and Purchase details attached so they could hopefully further update me on my order, however within a few hours later, knock on the door, parcel had arrived. 5 days Delivery, very well packaged, item was perfect and as described. Overall very happy, just wish they would provide some tracking information for customer satisfaction in very near future. I'd definitely Highly Recommend this site and would definitely order from them again myself in the future. Well Done and Thank you.
