Useless incompetent
They are asking for pay-slips and W-2. Is it illegal in USA? Asking for closed business managers' contact info (past employer) -- stupidity, right? Reply by HireRight does not address my point. Asking for pay-slips and W-2 is illigal in USA. You are violating the law. Can you please reply to this point.

Finally close down this company
Finally close down this company, it's the worst, they don't know how to verify and it's annoying. You need to enter your personal info 3 times at least with also inputing documents 3 times and more. They are also slow and not reliable. If I thought the company is using them I would not apply at all. I hope everyone starts to boycott this trash company Reply: They did not reach out to anyone, they are just scam company

This company will hold your job hostage, do not give your leave notice.
My background check has been at 67% for over a week now. I have been waiting for the last section of my background check to be completed. They are stating that the National Sex Offender Registry is experiencing technical difficulties for over a week now therefore they cannot complete my background check, but they could simply go to the official state government websites to search my information. I have done the search myself even. I was told I could give my two week notice, so I made the mistake of doing so before my background check was cleared not knowing that this background check would take possibly over three weeks to complete. I have a clean record and usually get my background check cleared after a day. This company is absolutely horrible, how is it so popular?

absolute trash
absolute trash. you do most of the work for them. they even had the wrong previous employer for me and requested proof. The employer already had went through my referalls.. worst background check i’ve ever been through.

Got offered a job for lloyds banking…
Got offered a job for lloyds banking group via hireright tild start date was 20th of may pushed back to 27th then to get a call saying they withdrawn my aoplication due not to getting me a start date i left my previous job thinking i had a job and now i am jobless do not use this company your career will be ruined

Dreadful process - excessive amount of information required - significantly delays the hiring process for meaningless documents. Genuinely considering not moving forward with the application

This is absolutely crazy
This is absolutely crazy. I feel like not even wanna get this new job anymore. The amount of documentation requires from this TP company is insane. I hate it so much. This is the worst one I have ever experienced so far.

This is the most user unfriendly…
This is the most user unfriendly verification website I have ever encountered. Surely, in this day and age they can get it right !!! Employers, do not use this site there must be a better alternative or is this the cheapest one !! Very poor.
