I bought the most expensive armchair; however, after weeks of trying it out, I realized there were two very important problems.I don't find it as comfortable as the advertising claims. The headrest doesn't stay fixed in place; the moment you rest your head on it, it slides backward. The same thing happens with the backrest: you set it to an upright position, but when you lean back, it shifts slightly—it doesn't remain firm in the upright position. It is a lot of money for such poor performance.

The Hinomi team provided excellent support in helping me restore my chair to full working order. The spring had lost its tension, so they promptly sent a replacement base. However, removing the existing gas lift from the chair proved to be extremely difficult. In response, the team also sent a replacement gas lift to ensure the repair could be completed. After replacing both the base and the gas lift, the chair was restored to excellent condition and feels as good as new. Thank you once again to the Hinomi team for your outstanding customer service. The chair is of excellent quality, and the after-sales support has been equally impressive. I would highly recommend Hinomi to anyone considering making a purchase.

J'ai acheté la hinomi x1 dont je suis très satisfait, j'ai eu un petit souci avec le dossier, j'ai donc contacté le SAV par mail, ils sont vraiment très réactif, m'ont suivi pendant tout le long de l'échange par mail Ils m'ont envoyé la pièce qui avait un problème et très peut de temps après je l'ai reçu, j'ai du recevoir ça en 3 jours Très satisfait de la chaise mais également du SAV et de leur suivi, on veut des SAV de ce genre partout 👍 Merci hinomi

I have two herniated discs in my lower back and spinal fusion in my neck. Pain is part of my life. I was hesitant to spend this much on a chair. The H2 Pro allows me to fine tune it to give me the support needed to keep my spine aligned. Customer service is outstanding. Very pleased.

I bought the Hinomi H2 Pro based on all the online hype, but it is a total trap. The whole chair has an extremely cheap, plasticky feel. All the adjustment buttons and levers feel loose and low-quality when you touch them. The mesh fabric is okay, but that is the only decent part. Overall, this looks and feels like a $30 item from Temu, not a premium chair. Definitely not worth the price. Save your money.

I bought this H1 Pro V2 chair in 2023 after suffering lower back pain and general discomfort in my music studio where I spend many long hours at my computer and mixing desk. I needed something that was ergonomically solid, good for my posture, very adjustable (Im quite tall), armrests can fold away (when I play guitar) but otherwise support my arms, and crucially with a mesh fabric that means that acoustically its transparent so that it doesnt affect my mixing (I have a high spec mix/mastering space for film work). I often look up at a larger screen, or kick back to watch something through to judge it with fresh eyes. This chair fitted my needs perfectly and Ive been very happy with it for 3 years now. I recently had to spent a lot of time working from home in a makeshift space in my basement, with a normal office chair, and I realised just how comfortable and ergonomic my main set up is now. I'd just got used to the chair. I felt so strongly about it I actively wrote to the company and asked for a new review link so I could post this. I'd read so many conflicting reviews about chairs (Im sure it's very personal) that I got lost sometimes. But Im very glad I chose this one, and its lasted very well. Ive had no technical issues with it, it's solid and well built. fully recommended. hope this helps someone.
