Since purchasing the Himiway Zebra (two years ago) I have used Himiway customer service a few times and found it very professional even then, despite the fact that there was no direct support available for the Netherlands at the time. They helped me to my full satisfaction and provided perfect service. I am a huge fan of Himiway and the Zebra bike is really awesome!
