Dear user, thank you for the review! I am very sorry you had such an experience. I can assure you that Hily has no intention of scamming any user and we prioritize user experience above all. Additionally, please note that all charges and subscriptions are managed by the app store you are using (Google Play/ iTunes store) and Hily does not have access to your payment information. Maybe you have any suggestion or ideas on how we can do better? Please, share your thoughts with us at [email protected]. We want to make the app as convenient and user-friendly as possible, and your opinion can help us to move in the right direction! And lastly, we aim to be as transparent with our users as possible, and if you have any further issues or questions regarding the app, please be sure to contact us via the Email provided above and we’ll be happy to help you!

Dear customer, thank you very much for your review. We are very sorry you feel this way about our application. Please note that deleting or deactivating the app does not automatically stop your subscription as it has an auto-renewing regime that needs to be managed in Apple Store and Google Play Market. Please feel free to reach out to us via [email protected] if you have further questions regarding the refund or cancelation of the subscription, and we will be happy to guide you through the process.

Hey there. Thank you very much for your review! We are really sorry you had such an experience with our app. Please report the user by tapping three dots in the chat (right upper corner) > tap “Block” and tell us the reason.
