Hello there Roy. Thank you for leaving a review about our app! I am extremely sorry to hear that you had such an experience with Hily. Firstly, I would like to address your charging issue. Please note that deleting either the app or the account doesn’t cancel subscription because the last one is managed in Google Play or iTunes account. If you start a free trial, you start for an auto-renewing subscription. The first week is free and after it ends, you are charged for the next subscription period. That is mentioned on the screen offering a trial and explained in our Terms of Service. Importantly, we do not have access to your payment information and we do not have the ability to charge any users at all. Since all subscriptions are managed by the App store you are using, you need to cancel the subscription through them to avoid further charges. It is possible to cancel your subscription even after your Hily account was deleted. Lastly, if you had any issues while registering or filling in information about your account, please be sure to contact us so that we may help you resolve this issue so you can use Hily as intended. I would like to mention that transparency with users is one of our top priorities and we do not wish to hide any information from you at all. We take our community rules and terms of service very seriously and our moderators tirelessly work to ensure there are as few users who violate them as possible. These violators include bot/fake accounts which are generally suspended rightaway once they are identified. I would like to apologize on behalf of team Hily if such users have caused hindrance to your experience with Hily. We will work hard to minimize such users to the best of our abilities with the goal of making Hily a safe and comfortable environment for all users. Our application is free to download and use, you can swipe, match, chat send video free of charge. We have extra features in Hily premium, but you don't have to activate a subscription to continue using the app for free. It is very important to us what our users think about our application. Greetings Teresa! I am sorry to hear you have encountered such an issue with Hily. I would like to mention that all of the charges and subscriptions are managed by the App stores (Google Play/iTunes store) and we do no actually have access to any user payment information. If there was an attempted charge from Hily that occurred in your case despite you never having used the app then I highly suggest contacting the App store indicated in the receipt so that they may investigate where this charge came from exactly. Technically speaking, it would be impossible for the App stores to charge you if you have never used Hily, unless another person has attempted to perform a charge using your payment information.
