Hey there. Thank you for the review! I am really sorry you had such an experience with Hily. Our application is free to download and use, you can swipe, match, chat send video free of charge. If you want to try extra features, you can also activate our free trial of a subscription and just cancel it on time if you do not want to pay after. We would like to mention that none of the matches you get are auto-generated, or fake at all, and all of the users are indeed real people that signed up to Hily. One of our primary priorities is transparency with users. If you happen to encounter any issues while using the app, or would like to provide us a more detailed review of your experience, please be sure to contact us through our support Email address at [email protected], or through our live-support chat. Your opinion is very important to us, and we will strive to continuously improve our app to meet your expectations!

Dear Customer. Thanks for your review. I’m sorry to hear you did not enjoy your experience with Hily. Please note that the app is actually free and you can skip all the promo-windows and enjoy the app at no cost. The premium subscription adds additional features, however, it is absolutely optional. As for the issue with bots: our moderators work tirelessly to eliminate any violators of our terms of use to make Hily a safe and comfortable dating environment, and I am sorry to hear that you did manage to encounter some bots. Lastly, I would like to mention that all of the subscriptions and payments are managed by the respective App store you are using (Google Play/ iTunes store) and as long as you cancel your subscription through them, you will not receive any further charges. If you have any suggestions or ideas, feel free to contact us at [email protected]! We are constantly working towards improvement and your opinion can help us to move in the right direction! Thank you in advance!

Dear Customer. Thank you for the review! It is very sad to hear that you didn't enjoy your experience with Hily. Firstly, I would like to mention that our application is free to download and use, you can swipe, match, chat send video free of charge. We have extra features in Hily premium, but you don't have to activate a subscription to continue using the app for free. Additionally, I would like to mention that there are several payment options for the premium subscription such as weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly all with diminishing average weekly price points. Importantly, the weekly subscription is priced at $14.99 and not $50. Maybe you have any suggestion or ideas on how we can do better? Please, share your thoughts with us at [email protected]. We want to make the app as convenient and user-friendly as possible, and your opinion can help us to move in the right direction!

Hi there Abby. Thank you very much for the review you provided about Hily and we are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your experience with Hily Customer Care. We would like to mention that when an account is deleted and a new one is created, they are considered separate accounts which might be the reason why you were told that you have 4 of them. If one of your accounts in the past has been terminated, this results in you no longer being able to create any new accounts as they are automatically suspended by the system for safety reasons. We take user security very seriously and all users must comply by our community rules, and terms of service. Violation of them may result in termination of your account, and depending on the gravity of the violation it may be temporary or permanent suspension. Could you please share more detailed review at [email protected]? Your opinion is very important to us. Thanks!

Hey there Samuel. Thank you for the review. This is sad to hear that you have come to such a conclusion based on your testing of our app. We are deeply sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your experience with Hily. Firstly, I would like to mention that all charges and subscriptions are managed by the app store you are using (Google Play/ iTunes store) and Hily does not have access to your payment information. For that reason, deleting your account or the app, does not result in cancelation of the subscription. In order to cancel your subscription, you need to visit your App store and terminate your subscription through there. Secondly, we have a strict policy against fake users, and whenever such users are identified, their accounts are permanently suspended with no ability to create new accounts. Unfortunately, it is impossible to identify all fake accounts rightaway, however, our team of moderators is working tirelessly to make sure such users do not harm user experience in Hily. And lastly, we can assure you that Hily does not have any false distance filters. You will see all users within your given filters and preferences, and in case there are no more active users left that fall under your given preferences, the app will adjust them automatically, to find the best matches for you. Maybe you have any suggestion or ideas on how we can do better? Your opinion is important for us so if you have any additional feedback just let us know at [email protected] or contact us directly through the in-app live-support chat. And lastly, we aim to be as transparent with our users as possible, and if you have any further issues or questions regarding the app, please be sure to contact us via the Email provided above and we’ll be happy to help you!
