Since then, the company has grown to be the largest full-time employer in Swansboro, N.C., with distinct and innovative products like the TACO® and the Sure-Grip® Padded Belt. Our products are designed for the highest level of comfort, functionality, and versatility. Satisfaction is guaranteed for all of our customers, whether military, law enforcement or responsibly armed citizens. Our products are user driven and are designed based on the operational experiences of a wide variety of end users. HSGI® products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. American made should be top notch.
It took months to get my belt and I can appreciate that it’s made in the US but, it is of very low quality. It has zero rigidity without the inner belt and the stitching looks like it was mostly hand done. The loops are not consistent in their size and required a lot of force to attach equipment.

They never shipped the belt and didn’t credit my card.

I thought my ar500 plates took forever…
Feb, 5th: I thought my ar500 plates took forever to ship but at least they gave me an estimated time that was almost right on the money. If you have a HSG dealer near you go to them instead of ordering online because "due to a large influx of government orders we do currently have a longer than normal lead time." March 8th Edit: here we are, a month after my first review. Still no gear. Still no update.

I cannot even review my gear, as it has been almost 3 months and my order still has not shipped.

9 weeks later…. Still no order or shipping confirmation
Order placed just prior to Thanksgiving 2023. It’s now January 21, 2024 and have still not received shipping confirmation or items. Every time inquiring about items status, receive an automated response. Not helpful.
