Hi quality products but overpriced slow shipping. I would imagine, most of your purchases for molle pouches are by law enforcement who most likely need the items quickly. I ordered one pouch, you charged me $15 shipping (1/3 of the product value) and it took two weeks to get here. This item could have been placed in a padded envelope and shipped for less than a couple bucks. If I didn't desperately need it, I would not have ordered it at that shipping rate. You shouldn't try profit off your shipping rate.

Shipping address was different from the billing address. Was sending the order to my son in GA for a birthday/Christmas gift. Y’all sent it to me in WI. Not happy with this. I now have to spend money to ship it. Again.

Hello team at HSG. I attempted to order from your site multiple times in July, August, and September. It kept kicking me out, not being able to compute some of my info. I tried again in beginning of November — same result. I just recently reattempted and it worked with ease. Not sure if your website is unable to send to a PO Box? When I logged in my home address everything went through — but I do NOT like to use my home address as my mail is very unsecure — I live in a “mobile home community” and there are frequent errors of people getting incorrect mail, and mail unaccounted for. This order went through & I received the products I ordered thank you.

I ordered the Reflex IFAK Carrier in Multicam and the med pouch in Coyote Brown to mix/match camo patterns. However, I received a dangler version of the carrier instead of the full carrier system with belt loops and HSGI clips. When I messaged customer service, I was provided with the RMA number (had to pay shipping to send the product back) but then told to buy the “intended” product again. This was a bit frustrating as there was no error on my end and the invoice I received clearly states that I purchased the correct product. I ended up purchasing the carrier for a second time and paying full price with shipping. This is second Reflex IFAK system I’ve purchased and can attest to the quality of their gear. Unfortunately, the level of customer service doesn’t match.

In the time it took to get this order.I got three separate orders from another company With the first order being placed at the same time as this one.

Great product. Extremely slow shipping

I purchased these pouches for a belt setup for work. I’ve been using the Estacc pouches for years and they work well but depending on the magazine the retention wasn’t always the best. I figured being that the HSGIs have an adjustable shock cord design the retention would be better. Upon getting the pouches and getting them woven onto my belt i immediately noticed an issue in the design that I personally didn’t like. It was extremely difficult to reinsert mags due to how the pouches close up once you draw a mag from it. This isn’t the biggest deal for some people but how I run my gear I’m reinserting mags into pouches for tac reloads or working mags from my carrier onto my belt. Another issue I noticed for me was with how the pouches are constructed with the shock cord being what basically holds them together. I work in and around vehicles a lot and I found the mags were getting hung up on things and then getting ripped out sideways due to the shock cord flexing. Ultimately I had to go back to my Estacc pouches because I was dropping too many mags in situations where I didn’t have time to stop to retrieve them. The HSGI pouches were constructed with very durable and strong material but the retention just wasn’t what I expected even after adjusting them tightly. Overall I like the pouches as more of a flat range setup and not for duty/work use. I know HSGI is widely used and are very popular but I found they did not fit my needs.

The wait time is obnoxious. You know your company is stretched thin when there is no questioning someone calling for a refund. Only reason it gets that other star is because they were accommodating in getting my money back.
