High Speed Gear® is dedicated to building the best 100% American-made, battle-proven tactical gear™. HSGI® started as a custom shop in 1999, making gear for Marines at Camp Lejeune. Since then, the company has grown to be the largest full-time employer in Swansboro, N.C., with distinct and innovative products like the TACO® and the Sure-Grip® Padded Belt. Our products are designed for the highest level of comfort, functionality, and versatility. Satisfaction is guaranteed for all of our customers, whether military, law enforcement or responsibly armed citizens. Our products are user driven and are designed based on the operational experiences of a wide variety of end users. HSGI® products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. As always High Speed Gear does not disappoint. As a Chicago police officer I am pretty hard on my gear. I trust HSG. Good hard use equipment.

I never received the item!
I never received the item. I called after waiting for a fairly long time. My order fell through the cracks and the customer service agent told me they were now out of stock for the item I’ve purchased and suggested I try one of their vendors? My order was canceled and I received a prompt refund. Wow! What a total waste of time. I’m a fan of their taco mag pouches and use them exclusively. I use them currently on 3 different chest rigs/plate carriers and 2 gun belts. It’s a shame that the customer service and shipping doesn’t match their quality of design and manufacturing. So, I went with another brand?

Thank you for your review, due to high demand for our products and a large influx of orders, we are experiencing delays in lead times, our factory is working overtime and trying to produce gear as quickly as possible. Quality gear takes time to build and at this time, orders may take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery from date of order. As we make all gear to order we never have "In Stock" unless the item is in the we made too much category, please email [email protected] if you need any future assistance.

Never received product due to them…
Never received product due to them having supply issues. I ended up cancelling order. Customer service was friendly when cancelling order.

Too long waiting w/out a heads up…
While you have always offered great products, two issues: 1) 8+ wks to deliver and I needed to follow up to ask you about my order. 2) 511 tactical is now in the taco business (although they call their rip off something else) and not doing a bad job of it.
