6 out of 20 lights died within 5 months of being installed (in a bathroom that doesn't have lights on but about 2 hours a day) Contacted Support using their AI chat bot, Opened 3 tickets and no one has responded. Company needs to stop operations. I can get better customer service from my 14 year old.

The worst system I've ever bought and tried to use I believe it was made by criminal to help criminals would get better protection from a baby monitor would definitely say stay away from this if you want to protect yourself your family and property

Terrible light bulbs. They barely last 6 months before having connection issues. And the App to control the lights is ridiculously confusing. I recommend Wiz instead of Cree.

After 2 years trying to find details of my grandfather and grandmother i found it impossible to track.i contacted Creeore.com and the service was 5 starr this was not a easy case to resolve but they found of the information in less than a week that took me years trying to find. I can't thank them enough and now i am hoping to recieve my irish passport in the near future .
