I didn't initially realize the delay in shipping times, after email communication with customer service, everything was explained to me, and my order was shipped out 2 days later. Very happy with the quality of product received.

Love the gear. Wish the mag holders had some type of rubber material on the inside to help retain the magazines better. The molle mounts don’t look like much but haven’t broke yet. I love how love profile and simple these items are. I also have a simple pouch I use for my pen, notebook and cell. I spent some time looking for one and didn’t find this one till later on but I’m glad I did. It’s not bulky or to much for what I need it for.

I would have given five starts but nobody from the company reached out to let me know that my items were on back order. I had to call after a week of no information to find out that there was a back order and no set lead time.

Excellent customer service, excellent product, but should definitely work on lead times.

High quality gear once recieved and web site is user friendly. I had to call to check on the order so maybe more communication on HSGIs end would be helpful. Still would highly recommend them to family and friends.
