Inform your customers of potential delays
I ordered the Gen 2 Tacos on 4/10/24 and have yet to receive them. There was absolutely no indication the Gen 2 taco was out of stock or any indication of back order. I reached out several weeks ago for an update and my email was ignored. I forwarded the original email requesting a response to the original request for information and I received an answer.

The wait time is obnoxious
The wait time is obnoxious. You know your company is stretched thin when there is no questioning someone calling for a refund. Only reason it gets that other star is because they were accommodating in getting my money back.

Your products are absolutely top notch
Your products are absolutely top notch. The only reason you didn’t get 5 stars is the wait times. You have an awesome product just make enough of them to have them on hand.

Customer Service is 10 out of 10
Customer Service is 10 out of 10. HSG went above and beyond to get me the product I wanted, even in the face of HSG ever increasing number of large orders. The equipment is perfection in build and quality.
