I do like the quality and functionality…
I do like the quality and functionality of the products I have purchased from High Speed Gear. If I have a problem, it is with a situation where I ordered and item which obviously was not available at the time. After several months, I wrote the company to let them know I was changing my shipping address and gave them the new address. No response. Now I am being advised, some of the items I ordered have been sent to my old address. I will have to pay to have them reshipped to my current address.

Not a good taser pouch
I never leave reviews but this has got to be the absolute worst design for a taser pouch I have ever seen. My department makes us carry only issued pouches, and I refuse to carry this one. I'd rather carry my taser on a belt holster. The way the retention strap works makes me believe that whoever designed this never thought about actually using it. Instead of having a snap or velcro on the outside that you can just pop off quickly to access the taser... you have to fish your finger inside the pouch between your taser and retention strap in order to release the velcro.. makes no sense.. I can't believe this made it to production. Sorry... magazine tacos are a win though!

Shipping times longer than anticipated, but highly satisfied.
The total production time from my order being placed, to the notification of shipment was around 10 weeks. However, I would highly recommend their gear to anyone who is currently serving in the armed forces, or people who attend tactical training courses. Extremely high quality gear with great sales going on all the time.

The site is not terribly mobile…
The site is not terribly mobile friendly, and 6 to 8 weeks lead time is not great either.

Online fine. Delivery time unsatisfactory
Online ordering was fine. But the company website did not disclose or warn the buyer of the delivery time until after the order was processed. The confirmation stated 5-7 weeks. I then emailed customer service after 7 weeks and they then stated 8-10 weeks. The product did not arrive until almost 11 weeks. 74 days! Disappointing service.

The product is top quality and exactly…
The product is top quality and exactly what I needed. It took a while to ship, few weeks, so I had to ding them a star. I will continue to order quality equipment from them even if it takes a little longer to get to me.
