Good customer service, questions were answered/replied to promptly. 4.5 stars. Good quality product, tracking information provided worked. Would be 5 stars, except it took 9 weeks to arrive, and the status said processed until week eight. Would be nice if the status had changed once prior to "processing" to say "payment accepted" or something along those lines. When I talked to a representative around week two, he did confirm it was being made and offered to refund it in order to find a local dealer if I needed it sooner, which I declined.

I am receiving a survey because of a “recent” order I placed. Uh I placed the order several months ago (maybe over 3). After several weeks I didn’t receive my order and did not get any notification about it other than the original order confirmation. I wrote an email inquiring about my status and still did not receive a response. I sent another email asking to cancel my order. Then suddenly I receive a response that my order will be cancelled. Additionally, I suddenly receive my order in the mail. I will not be ordering from you again.

Shipping was way too slow. Good product but I would not buy directly from hsg

I really like the belt mounted taco 🌮 pouches, they attach securely, I've never had a problem with stability. I have the belt mounted double pistol pouches, and a single rifle pouch. I've been using them regularly for over a year, i think they're great. It looks like they're being discontinued, I hope the new product is as good as these. Thank you

I love all Highspeed gear its all i use for vest as a Police Officer, i would highly recommend them for your choice of police gear. All products are strong and last forever.

I’ve got several of items and none of them disappoint. All of my duty gear is significantly HSG!

The products are well put together and work for their intended purpose. However, I ordered them on April 5, 2024 and received them on June 11, 2024. Really disappointed in shipping times on a couple of basic mag pouches.
